1. Post and Packaging

Orders placed up to £100.00 - £4.75 flat rate
Orders placed up to £200.00 - £6.50 flat rate
Orders placed over £200.00 – free of charge

2. Liability

Every care is taken in the manufacture of all our items and any developing defects or goods found faulty
should be returned within 21 days when we will exchange or repair. No liability however, will be accepted
for injury, loss, accident or damage, whether to property or persons, arising out of or in connection with
items supplied by this company.

3. Risk and title

The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery, but the title in the goods shall not pass to the buyer
until payment has been made in full. In the event of non-payment we shall be entitled to repossess or trace the
goods or proceeds of sale in the hands of the buyer or any liquidator, receiver or third party.

4. Payment

If payment is made by cheque, please allow five days for clearance and make all cheques payable to ‘Casts from the Past’. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit card sales. All items must be paid in full within twenty eight days.

5. Copyright

All items are covered under Copyright and therefore the designs of these reproductions may not be reproduced without written consent from Casts from the Past. Un-authorised reproduction of any of these designs will result in legal action being taken.
